Aw, thanks Holly. No kidding! Here I am thinking "this year's been alright, no flu, not really sick" but...only that's not true except I haven't had the flu. The bright side, right? It is feeling better, not great and well, but better, and I've been doing rather well on the not lifting. For me, anyway. :p
Ah, yeah, and the weather. We were able to open back up Tuesday, though half the town is still closed (both roads and businesses). Today was better. We'll all survive. Just hoping this next round of storms coming tomorrow is slightly, at least, easier on us.
And YES, I did manage to see that spiffly little post where the ficlet was. *giggles* I haven't read it yet because I wanted to read it with nothing bothering me (ie, read it when I'm awake, not stressed/worried or supposed to be doing homework) BUT I added it to my memories. <3
