Usually I skip the "let's celebrate funness" that's required of birthdays, but I'm happy that I woke up and remembered that it is my birthday, given that I forgot earlier. *blank look* Yep - TOTALLY forgot my birthday was today, totally forgot I was supposed to go out for a birthday dinner...hah. If you didn't know already, I don't hold my birthday up as a OMG!CELEBRATE sort of day. *shrug* Just never have. Anyway.
I'm getting busy - it's February. Feb is a great month and a crappy one. It's great because I'm constantly busy and it's crappy because I barely have time to breathe. Mostly work, with a dash of this and a dash of that thrown in the mix.
Point - if you don't see me around much, I'll be back soon. I try to check my email daily (or as close to everyday as possible), and if you need me, you can find me (emergencies, you can text my phone via lj or aim), but if you don't hear from me, this is why.
And ... between all my craziness I've been trying to finish up editing chapter 14 of wdmc - the moment that I can, I will update it. *nods*
Hmm. Twenty-six years ago, my mom's day started out normal (I was two weeks late), hoping I'd decide to arrive today. I let her go until dinner and then I broke her water. It was snowing (my love for snow, perhaps?) and at 8:57pm I was born. *grins* And a headache I've been ever since.

Also, I only know three other people who were born in the middle of the day like myself (I am a 12:17 pm baby), but I have never met someone who was born in the evening! Cool! Also I, too, was born while it was snowing. What a coinkydink!

on 2007-02-19 03:47 pm (UTC)26 is pretty much the same without the pressure or realization that you're getting old. They all start to feel the same after you've passed the ages that allow you to do more (like drinking and stuff). But hey - I'm not OLD yet!
