I meant to come home tonight and catch up, comment and update. I have, as usual, a thousand things to say, I even have a thousand things I should be doing (flisting and LJ-ing in general on the list) - - -

However...

I'm actually writing...


wdmc fans don't get too excited, it's not that. It's not even RtW. Yeah, great job, Mis, take on a new project when you have old, unfinished projects just sitting there. The news I'm hoping for is that this little piece (whether it's garbage or not, because it most definitely won't be multi-chaptered) will lead to working on those.

And yes, this is a major big deal. I've been struggling with the very idea of writing for a while now and Adam's been hounding me to just...do it. So...if this keeps up and I actually keep writing and follow through - thank Adam.

*goes back to notebook and pen to keep writing*

Howdy…this is Holly. Yes, everblue3 – Holly. I changed my LJ username for a few reasons, but mostly because I’ve have everblue3 for far too long and I wanted to change it to something a little more “me.” (uswigo is loosely “Us, we go!” with some Wisconsin <3 tied in) Unfortunately, when I switched over my username, I lost my whole friendslist, and so need you to add me back. If you want, that is. Cuz I kind of want you to. But…because my LJ has become (as you may have guessed) a little more RL-oriented, I’m keeping it on the DL. But I wanted you to be on the DL with me. Cuz you’re cool.

So I’m thrilled that you’re writing (at least one of us is, for pleasure). And honestly? Who gives a hoot if it’s not RtW or WDMC? If it’s organic, and it makes you happy, then huzzah for that. Writing should be a fun experience, not a drag, and it shouldn’t be a burden imposed on you by outside forces – you should want to do it. I’m so glad to hear that you do.
