A humble beginning.

moon_dancingHello, hello. So here I am now with a Live Journal. I'm kind of excited
as so many people I adore and admire have one, and now I do too. LoL.
Let the dorkiness of Missers shine through.
So, I think the point of this is going to be all about my writing world. A main reason I joined is because so many of my idols from the Harry Potter fanfiction world are here. So, as so many of them do, this is my rants and updates about writing journal. =) I also have a xanga that I just babble with friends on, but many of them aren't writers or so interested in fanfiction or Harry Potter. So here I am.
If you don't know, I tend to babble a LOT. It's a fun little quirk I have.
So, to start, I have to say that I am in total support of Sarina (Sarinileni) and I am completely behind Dede and Holly and the rest on the Great Breakaway. And in the meantime, I've a lot of catching up to do on reading updates and writing on my own. Life has a way of getting in the way
sometimes, you all know how that goes. So I'm off to spend the rest of my little min-vacation from work to read and write. One of my favorite
things in the world is consuming myself in the HP world. =)
Just in case you don't know much about me and were curious - let me try and talk about myself. I hate doing that, I'd much rather learn about others, but hey, I am quite a cool person...I think.
I'm 24, a full blown Aquarius that has lazy tendencies. I live in Illinios, in the US, near St. Louis Missourri, and as much as I would love to live somewhere else, and to travel, I do love it here. I have everything from city life to middle-of-nowhere life at my fingertips in minutes and I love my toasted ravioli.
I'm married to Adam, been married for 4 years this coming June and I love him beyond what's comprehendable and I love how he loves me and my crazyself. I'm a self-proclaimed dork, I refuse to grow up and I love to dream. I love the Beatles, reading, Harry Potter, hockey, music in general, writing, talking, the snow and cold winter days, soft, summer nights with a breeze and a sky that's endless. I'm naive and clueless but interested and curious and when I find something I like, feel for, or want to fight for, I'm with it.
I'm currently going to school (still...). I'll be a student forever. I dropped out for three years and I'm now back taking 2 classes a semmester because I work full time. I'm a manager at a retail party/card store, love it and hate it. I'm the only one of my friends that openly obsesses over things, (such as Harry Potter), writes, and thinks that you can make some of the most amazing friends via the internet. I have no idea what I want to do with my life except for enjoy it. My favorite classes are sociology related and literature related, although I'm terrible at english (my grammer is very sad as is my spelling abilities). I'm a dreamer and a watcher, I love to observe. I spend a lot of time questioning and attempting to answer life's questions because it seems to be what keeps people going. I love to listen and I'll always be there for someone in need.
Above all, my general advice to all - Live. Breathe. Make mistakes and learn. Dream. Never fear who you may be or what you can do. Always question and never stop moving. Don't lose hold of your innocence, it's what will keep you vile and young. Laugh. Cry. Be selfish, be there for others. And - eat cookies.

LoL, the only reason I know very much at all is because I played around with it for the past couple of days and I found someone who knows a lot and I asked a lot of questions. LoL. Becoming a Mod of the great break, I needed to know stuff. LoL.
